• How long is processing time?

It will take1-2 days before your item is shipped.

• Do you have any refund policies?

Yes! If your candle arrives damaged in anyway, contact us immediately and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

• Why is my candle smokey/flame is big?
  

The reason this is occurring, is because your wooden wick is clogged. Remember, you MUST keep the wick trimmed to 1/8in at all times. Be sure to trim after every burn. This is for both SAFETY and candle maintenance. Never leave any lit candles unattended!
